I am currently living in Wolverhampton where I enjoy the great countryside around me, its only 5 minutes to some lovely local countryside with a good variety of wildlife around...

I am originally from Scotland so many of the images you will see here are taken there as I travel to the Highlands once or twice a year.  It is a spectacular place for wildlife so as an artist and photographer... its wonderful.  

I have always loved wildlife and remember collecting all sorts of wildlife images when I was young... I also remember spending all the hours I could when I came home from school, drawing and painting.  I went to live in the Philippines for a few years so I got rid of all my art materials - I had collected a good supply of inks, which I enjoyed working with for a while.  I have only started drawing and painting again in the past two years... as well as the photography...

... so I plan to make up for some lost time where my art is concerned and enjoy it to the full.

I am working with Polychromos pencils just now and loving it...
